Shipping Policy
We ship all orders with Australia Post.
Shipping rates are automatically calculated in your cart at checkout based on the total weight of your order and your area (postcode).
There are two main options for shipping:
Aus Post Standard 7+ days [most popular option] – this option has been provided as a lower shipping cost option and parcels can take 5-7+ business days for delivery
Aus Post Express – This option is fast, cost effective and trackable online, since we want our fresh products to reach you quickly, safely and in perfect condition. This option will have your package delivered in 1-3 days for most capital cities and metro areas (no longer available to remote or regional areas for WA & NT).
PLEASE NOTE: we don’t recommend selecting Standard 7+ days delivery option for our Creams.

Unfortunately, we do not offer shipping to any country other than Australia currently.
Dispatching of Orders
Orders will be dispatched 2-4 working days from order/s. You will be notified of this and receive tracking details for your package/s.
Can I Pick Up My Order Locally?
YES! We have 3 x local pickup options. This means you can pick your online order up at the following locations without incurring a shipping charge:

Ulverstone (orders placed before 8am Wednesdays will be available for Pickup on Fridays, location and time to be advised)

Devonport orders placed before 8am Wednesdays will be available for Pickup on Fridays, location and time to be advised)

Farm collection (Wednesdays and Thursdays 8am – 2pm) by prior arrangement only.
How Long Will it Take For My Order to be Shipped?
We pack and dispatch all orders from our family farm in South Preston [Preston Ridge Farm], Northwest Tasmania. Due to our location and the distance to the nearest post office, our “postage runs” usually occurs on Tuesdays and Fridays.
You will receive an email notification to let you know your package is on its way.
What are the Expected Delivery Times?
Delivery using Aus Post Standard generally takes between 5 – 7 business days to arrive depending on your postcode and location. Tasmania parcels usually take between 2-3 business days.
If your postcode is in a metro area, deliveries may be received within 5 working days. If your postcode is in a regional area, deliveries may be received within 10 working days or longer.
Delivery using Aus Post Express post generally takes between 1 – 3 business days to arrive depending on where you live. Although this may be longer if you live outside the Australia Post Express network (no longer available to remote or regional areas for WA & NT).
Once the Soap Goddess receives your order online, your item/s will be posted within 3-4 business days unless during a busy period [ie calving/lambing season, hay harvesting season, etc] when dispatch is usually between 3-7 business days.
We will notify you of your shipment and give you a tracking number by email.
Delivery times may also vary during peak periods such as Christmas, Easter, Stock Take & other Holiday events. Delivery is also subject to stock availability. Weekends and Public holidays may also delay delivery.
The Soap Goddess will notify you within 48 hours if an item you have ordered is out of stock which may affect your delivery time.
Customers will also be notified within 48 hours if your order cannot be fulfilled for some reason.
The Soap Goddess does not accept international orders from any country outside Australia.
This Shipping Policy is effective from September 2026. If we modify our Shipping Policy, we will post the updated policy on our website and note the date. We therefore encourage you to revisit our policies from time to time.
